Description of Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the development of apis and advanced intermediates of new drugs and generic drugs, write the registration and application materials related to the process, participate in the filing of application materials;

2. Effectively realize the transformation of process technology from laboratory trial to pilot test and industrialization;

3. Develop API research program, plan and implement, ensure the completion of R&D task on time;

4.Assist drug application, drug production and other related work.

Job Requirements

1. PhD or Master degree in pharmaceutical chemistry, organic synthesis or related field, with industry experience and passion for pharmaceutical research and development

2. Capable of independent research and development of advanced intermediates and apis;

3. Have pilot production experience and ability, familiar with synthesis pilot plant reaction kettle and supporting equipment;

4. Familiar with the technical requirements of API research and development, familiar with the preparation of API application data;

5.Skilled retrieval, use of various Chinese and English literature

6. Proficient in professional English and common office software;

7. Excellent learning ability and willingness, excellent initiative

8. Problem solving oriented, result oriented, good communication and coordination skills, team spirit, strong sense of responsibility.

2. Conduct experiments according to the project plan, and complete experiment records and project reports according to the company's requirements;

3. Carry out experimental operation, master the daily maintenance of experimental equipment;

4.Master compound separation and purification technology commonly used in laboratory, independently design and conduct multi-step organic synthesis reaction;

Job Requirements

1. Major in pharmaceutical chemistry, organic synthesis or chemical process, passion for pharmaceutical research and development

2. Have laboratory work experience, can independently perform multi-step organic synthesis;

3.Proficient in literature retrieval, use of various kinds of Chinese and English literature, familiar with common office software;
