All information not disclosed by the Company is only for internal use and confidential information.

Neutan has been continuously improving intellectual property protection capability.We formulate and improve processes and specifications including personnel management, IT management, document management, policy process management, etc..It will build a good intellectual property protection system.

Neutan promises to keep confidential all undisclosed business secrets, including but not limited to business information, procurement information, technical information, product information, personnel information, IT information, etc.

Neutan keeps all project information confidential (including but not limited to Customer ID, quotation information, relevant technical data, project progress, etc.).We will not disclose project information to other platforms or use for other purposes without the permission of the customer.

Intellectual Property Management
The IP protection of Neutan is managed by full-time personnel.All employees of our company participate in IP protection.

Personnel management: The new employees sign confidentiality agreement, and sign non competition agreement when leaving. All employees would strictly follow the confidentiality agreement during their employment

System management: We will ensure the security of the IT system from the development and maintenance of systems and software, communications, mobile devices, telecommuting and other aspects.

Document management: We ensure the safety of documents through the whole process of collecting, using, printing, archiving or scrapping.

Management of workplace: Different access control are set for employees separately.Camera is installed in the workplace for monitoring to reduce the risk of leakage.
